Crane Operation Incident

The example incident here is totally wrong calculation of mechanica technology. The total force of the totally thing should be safe and not direct to the river. We observe on the picture below, and should be noted that when the thing still on the water actually still push by the bouyant force of water, and after the thing totally out of the water, their weight become bigger, the effect the crane truck become tilt and fall to the water.
